Ryan Freytag J.D.

Staff Council Past Chair 2025 - 2026
Director, Alumni & Constituent Engagement, University Engagement

I'm an undergrad alum who returned to CMU as an employee in 2012 after a decade working in local nonprofits.

In my current role I advise the schools and colleges in alumni relations matters and oversee faculty programming for our alumni and parents.

I've previously served as the Staff Council Benefits Committee Co-Chair and Consigliere.
